How will my plants be delivered?
All our plants are sent “bare-root”, washed of any soil, bagged and then boxed for delivery.
As soon as your plants have been lifted and are ready for despatch they will be with you within 1-5 working days (UK mainland). Our main carrier is DHL. For islands and highlands we may use Royal Mail or Parcel Force for delivering orders depending upon their size and weight.
After receiving your order we will let you know by email on what date to expect delivery, please make sure someone is available to sign on receipt of your order, or indicate a safe place for delivery on your order notes.

Regret we no longer ship to Northern Ireland or the European Union.
Local Delivery
For orders over £50 we can offer free doorstep deliveries to the following postcode areas; DT1, DT2, DT3, DT4 and DT5.

Timescales
We endeavour to turnaround an order within 5 working days subject to availability. Soon after placing an order you should receive confirmation by email. We will email you again when your plants have been allocated to your order with an estimated delivery date.
At the beginning of the season (March to May) different varieties of plant will become available at different times. In these cases we will despatch when the whole of your order is available.
Orders are usually sent out early in the week to allow time for delivery before the weekend. Your order should take no longer than 1-5 working days to be delivered. UK offshore, Scottish Highlands & Islands and European orders may take longer.
